With regard to the grapes, we are creating the wine in a gentle manner, so the various varieties and vintages are marked by the climatic features and the distinct character of our wines. Depending on the vintage, we typically make three vintage wines.

Besides cultivating and producing the wine in our vineyard, we also have been cultivating over 300 olive trees. Despite the rather low yield at harvest time, the work is well worth the trouble. With a little luck, our customers are able to also enjoy this excellent olive oil. We consider our olive oil to be among the best in the world.
