With regard to the grapes, we are creating the wine in a gentle manner, so the various varieties and vintages are marked by the climatic features and the distinct character of our wines. Depending on the vintage, we typically make three vintage wines.

officially known as "Monteregio di Massa Maritima Monte Rosso Riserva DOC", is made from selected Sangiovese (90%) and Barbera grapes. Before this wine is sold, it is aged for 6-16 months in large oak 25 hl barrels and then remains in the bottle for an additional 6 months.
